NO insurance was loaded on my contract when I did the contract.
Kesley Walker conveniently forgot to add it. Did not explain to me what hardware subsidy is, so when i first recieved my account I assumed that it was the insurance.
phone got water damage, and cannot be replaced.
i insisted on the voice recording, which suddenly dissapeared.
I have emailed Lebohang Mabaso on the 12/04/2013, up to date NO response.
Nashua Mobile do not have a voice recodring, nor do they have a signed contract with me.
They do not want to assist with my problem, that one of their sales people made.
So I want this contract cancelled, and i want a new contract.
i want someone with a brain to contact me, or else the next step will be the consumer board.
