DID I REALLY HAVE TO LEAVE CELL C FOR THIS SERVICE

So last week i applied again for cell contract with MTN (huge mistake). i spoke to Mbali. although my contract atleast 10 calls to finalise she was so professional and kept me updated on the progress and im was super happy that you have got yoru act together after my last encounter with you. then my phones arrived and i was still happy coz it was the right thing. THEN came activation. i spoke to a number of people and no on of them could help. eventually i spoke to Zanele who was sleeping throughout my call with her but atleast my fiances sim swap was done correctly. but now i go thru every page that you have given to me and you were more than willing to send me 10 pages of your terms and conditions but nowhere do they mention when my airtime, smses and data bundles will be sent to me. so is this the part where im supposed to wait and see what happens and you debit incorrect amounts? idont know if there is connection fees and what i will pay for my first debit order. can someone please explain this because your call centre is as clueless as i am. Cell C activated my account whithin an hour of delivery. MTN is definetly the first big mistake i have made this year.
