Last week i received a call informing me that all my requests have been fufilled and my phone will be put onto prepaid immediately. they apologised for the error on their side and said that i will receive a full credit for the months that i have been debited till current.
today i receive a statement indicating that i will be debited once again. this is outrageous and fustrating.
can Neotel really jack their systems up because really people dont have time for these games. get competent staff in call centres because i hate repeating myself time and time over and again.
