Last year in November i received a call from Cell - c for an upgrade. Initially my package was a top-up R50 and when i renew it i decided to take a top-up R100 because i wanted a better phone. Few weeks later i received a phone and everything went well until the day they started invoicing me. I took the phone for my girlfriend knowing very well that it's a top-up 100, but to my surprise i received a statement of R923 the 1st month and the 2nd month R643.That is when i started to phone and ask Cell-c to what has happened and they told me that the package that i took was an open line and i think that is why my girlfriend was using the phone without noticing because she had an impression that she is still have enough airtime on her phone. I asked them how because my agreement with them was a top-up 100.Early January around the 2nd i phone logged the call (3121103553) with them to get me the recording of our agreement which they reckon it takes 24 to 48 hours, as i'm not willing to pay that amount of money because my package it's a top-up 100.Iphoned Cell-c several times to sort this matter from call center to their team leaders, but upto date no one has ever come back to me.
