Wont be buying any package offered by FNB

Hi My name is Namnguni Maphosa, I was sold a contract phone telephonically by FNB cell phone sales, the consultant name was Jeffrey.
The package was for R169 monthly including BIS and airtime worth R99 I asked I asked the consultant if they would port my no before I took the cell phone and he said they would.
It's been 2 weeks since I have received the phone my account has been debited by them but not receiving what was promised I have been in contact with Jeffrey which turned out be fruitless, the cell phone was delivered with no terms and conditions they were not even read to me when they were selling the package, that's how FNB sales takes us for granted
I have sent e-mails to [Email Removed] and made numerous phone calls to Akhona Authur and Lindiwe on these no 087 575 9404 and 0861 362 678 to come collect the cell phone as I want to cancel the contract because of non service I have been sent pillar to post and lastly told the don't have any record of me getting a cell phone through them, all I want is for FNB to refund me and they can keep the phone.
I definitely won't be buying any products from FNB and will spread the word to others.
