My girlfriend got a cell phone package from cell c and the deal was done over the phone. the billing was not given to her and when she contacted cell c and told them but she does not want that typ of service and she wants a service that if your airtime is up then it stop there. the account must not run on and on if we want we can top it up for the month. they said they will have to listen to the recordings and this was a month ago now cell c has taken the monthly payment and she did not agree to it so now her bank is in the areas. cell c is just not playing ball with us.
