Please help me.
I need to have my telkom line re-located in my house.
Apparently you can only request this over the phone to the Telkom call centre.
I have been trying since late December 2013 to get hold of someone in the Call Centre to request this to no avail. Some times I have sat on the phone listening to the voice going on and on about how an operator will shortly tend to my needs for over an hour.
I have tried the Telkom shop. They directed me to the service assist landline in the shop. After sitting on that phone for half and hour, she informed me that they were probably busy because it was the end of the month! This was yesterday date 3rd Feb!
All I need is to move the phone line from one place in my house to another. Surely this shouldn't be such a problem!
