I logged a call on the 23/1/2014 to report my dsl line down as well as telkom line. To date i have received no service from telkom. I escalated call last Thursday, I was told call gets escalaled to technician and someone would call me back but still no one has called me back or fixed my phone or dsl line.
I experienced same service from telkom last year November and waitied just as long, had to follow up about 5 times before eventually sorted. I am tired of paying for a service that i sit for half a month without! Unacceptable service!
