We seem to be experiencing technical problems with our landline, we cannot makes calls, we cannot receive calls. When people phone they claim the phone rings but actual phone it'self does not ring therefore we do not recieve our calls. It's concern we still being billed but our phone doesn't work! this has been carrying on since the 20/01/2014 we are now at the 04/02/2014 and we still waiting for a technition to help us. we have sent numerous messages and made countless call outs to the customer services but have not been successful. Please can someone help us urgently as it's rediculous how long we have had to wait for our phone to be repaired.
