I bought a Sony Experia Z round about October and between then and last month i took the phone in twice to be repaired. The last time it went for repairs it did not come back and I was told I will be given a new phone. The next thing is I'm told that the phone is no longer in stock and they stopped making it, I then wanted the Z1 but was told to make an extra payment of above R2000 which would be once off, I told them I don't have that kind of money and was told to take a cheaper phone but will not the difference back. The told me i could cancel the contract and they decided later on that they not cancelling my contact but I don't have a phone with them. They are still billing me and I am not going to pay them and they will send me to their lawyers for something that I don't even have
