I upgraded my contract in September and took a Sony experia Z and on the 5 November the phone just went dead on me, i then took it to MTN and was told to bring it in a box and i will get feedback from assessors, they kept quiet all this time i decided to go to MTN on Monday 18 Nov and was told that because i didn't include the memory card i cannot get a different phone which is utter nonsense there is no way im going to take that Sony back i want a different brand even if it means i pay extra. i am paying a lot of money for the service i am getting from MTN, Its been almost 3weeks without a phone but next week you will debit my account. can someone please do their job before the debit order goes off. i think its really unfair and unprofessional.
