Struggling to get my money back

Hi,

I paid a deposit in July 2013 for roaming in Zambia and since then getting my money back has been a nightmare. I've sent an email to [Email Removed] I have faxed to 011 650 1936 and I have called your call centre a few times and none of that has worked. While I was in Zambia I hardly used my phone so I would like to get my deposit back please.
