Last month i had an issue and went on hello peter and the person above assisted me, not even 2 days and she not only sorted my prob but even went the extra mile, bottom line i gained confidence in vodacom again thanks to this commited individual, she DID NOT JUST LISTEN TO THE FACTS BUT LISTENS AND UNDERSTANDS THE CLIENTS EMOTIONS AS WELL WHICH IS WHAT A CLIENT NEEDS WHEN THEY HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN A COMPANY. She assisted and went the extra mile to assist keeping within the law.
