0794970579 * Spoke to a consultant in October about procedure to make my contract Pre Paid at the end of my Contract. He advised me . and i went ahead and told him to not continue after the end date. He Told Me The contract end date for 0794970579 is 2013-12-05. And He made a Note not to continue Debiting. End of Dec. I confirm with Vodacom and They advised me i can only port after my contract is finished and that my number needs to be pre paid before i can port. I waiting and Very Nice Cell C proted the number for me when the number was pre paid. To my knowledge and the Vodacome Sales assistant. My last Payment would be end of Dec / Begining of Jan for My December Service. TO MY HORROR . I get debited AGAIN in Feb for January service .. Now where did that airtime go? Not to my number: Because it was cell C from January. The lady on the online chat did nothing to calm me down except for telling me we going around in circles. And the guy on the telephone cant help me and puts me thru to another extention . and i hear the number i have dialed is not avaliable.. Now How is your accounts working. I demand my Money back. And a responce
