After an online conversation with Yolanda Andrews she said she will email me a quotation for a new phone Samsung Galaxy S4 within 15 minutes which never happened. I only received an email stating the system does not allow her to generate a upgrade quote. And that i will receive it tommorrow which is today no email yet.
