My number had recently been deactivated due to the fact that I was overseas and had not used it in 90 days. Nomfundo assisted me with a cheery smile and together with Neo, they managed to relink the number to my sim card. They then advised that the entire process would take 2 to 24hrs and informed me of what I should expect. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both of them.
