I put in a order for a new phone and ASDL line. do Broadband package. 6 weeks later I still don't have anything. A technician came and fiddled with some lines here a few times, but left blaming the switchboard that is faulty. Trying to get an update has been a nightmare. They don't answer emails, phone calls, online logged calls. I went to the branch, and after waiting 60 minutes in a line, they promised to sort it out, but still nothing.
If this is the horrible service I get for NEW business, imagine going forward??
