Telkom is the worst company when it comes to service.
I have been reporting the same fault on my ADSL line for the last 6 months and every time they tell me its my equipment. I have replaced my router 3 times because of this, yet the same fault still exists. I have spoken to countless Telkom technicians and I was told that they will attend to my problem.
My line has now been down for a week and nothing has been done about it. I have the randpark ridge area managers number but what do you know, every time i call the number, i get told it doesn't exist. Even when i'm waiting in queue when I call 10210. I get hung up on.
This is completely unacceptable and I want my problem resolved NOW
