Hi there,
I have a 3g laptop contract with vodacom (two years old) and two cell phones. My bill should be just over a thousand rand and now my bank account has been deducted twice with huge bills: the last one for R2701. rand and the last month I requested itemised billing which I never received and have NEVER received any statements from vodacom. I have tried to call vodacom and sent more emails to customer care and they have just been
returned to my address as undelivered. this is what I received a month ago and nothing yet and again an even bigger amount has been deducted off my account:

how on earth do I get help and some answers on this problem, nobody seems to give a hoot? I definitely do not want this next month again.
