I am so disappointed in that despite of numerous Vodacom people supposedly looking into a valid query, you would suspend my contracts. Vodacom's failure to apply a limit, which was central to our contract, resulted in a HUGE bill from data usage and you refuse to take responsibility for this. For me this goes to the heart of your integrity as an organisation and it has been disappointing.
