I have been a subscriber for a number of years. I did an upgrade last year, and put a call limit on it. I would get sms's that would let me know how far my limit was (over and above the use of my home Wi-Fi, free minutes and data bundles). I am sure that we all know that a limit is there to help you contain your expenses and help you control your service and usage. To my surprise, last month i get a debit order in the region of 2600! After having a limit and getting sms's to that effect, giving me surety that i actually have a limit. I queried this and was given an explanation to the tune of "THE CALL LIMIT IS NOT GUARANTEED, and their billing system only generates 24 hours later". Meaning 24 hours later leads to an excess of almost 2000 rand? On Monday i got a debit order of 5600! Still on the limit of 320, from a month to month. Now how does it get to 5600?!?!? after escalating this matter with a dodgy explanation. I cannot understand this given the smss i still get and all i was told is to increase my data or change my plan but must still pay 1300 to migrate. A limit is there for a reason and Nashua mobile is taking me for a big ride! My mother also had the same issue!
