I reported a fault on the 13/01/2014. My great Aunt of 93 lives alone and this is her only means of communicating if soemthing happens. I have contacted telkom 3 times, each time receiving a reference number and being ensured the fault will be fixed. It never is. I have now been holding for a supervisor for 14.39 (and still ticking) to report this. i was told i will have to lodge another fault enquiry as this fault has been closed off? How can it be closed off if the telephone is still not working.
I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the lack of service!
I end off by saying I am still on hold... 18.35.
