Illing does not make sense

I opened an account with mtn on 13 sep2013... was advised that i will be paying by debit order and i did not have a problem as the lady francina told me that i will get R200 airtime, 200mb and 200sms... last month they suspended my services and said i had exceeded my limit of R 350... they debited my acc and debited something like R477... this month they debited R 400 and still they suspended services claiming i have exceeded the R350 limit... i spoke to luciano today from the call centre when i called the 808 number... he was condescending and he patronised me every chance he got... what i don't understand is i still have about R 115 worth of airtime that i cannot use, 145mb and 152 sms' remaining for the month. mtn debits the amount that we did no agree on and they still suspend my services... i requested to be changed to top up as i will know exactly how much i pay but they told me to wait for 3 months to elapse... now this luciano rep tells me that in order for me to reconnect my account i need to adjust my credit limit... mtn will lose customers if they will have people who can't humble themselves to assist customers who pay their salaries... please stop debiting wrong amounts
