We have recently moved to Gonubie in East London and since we have moved we have maybe had our ADSL line up and running for 5 days (out of the almost 3 weeks we have been living here). I have phoned 10210 about 5 times where they tell me to switch the modem off and on 5 minutes later to have the internet go on for 10 minutes and go off again. I then phone help line again and then they tell me they dispatched a technician to our house, well we still waiting a week and a half later! I have used over R300 in airtime over this period just so that I could have internet on my phone. My mom runs a business from home and needs the internet. Somebody sort this out. I am considering changing internet providers already because I'm tired of this now
