Logged a call with 8ta Call Centre regarding the fact that I have NO reception at residence (rendering my contract virtually useless), that was over 2 weeks ago and up until now, still awaiting a technician to get hold of me to solve the problem, despite numerous calls and follow-ups. Completely fed up with 8ta and considering cancelling my contract due to poor service levels.
