To whom it may concern

I have spoken to numerous people with regards to my problem.
Case number: 6866540
Mobile number in question 0614547991

I logged this case on 11 Oct 2013 and have had no feedback to date as to when the technician will come out.

Telkom mobile has really gone down the drain and have proven to not respond to clients issues.
People I have delt with regtards to this case:
Etienne Hartzenberg (Telkom Direct Kenilworth centre shop manager)
Farron Thomlinson (call centre agent)
Simphiwe (call centre agent)
Siphamandla (call centre agent)
Sabelo (call centre agent)
The person who is responsible for the case whom it wasw handed over to at the technical dept at telkommobile (Dont know his or her name - Farron Thomlinson had sent her or him an email to contact me after their lunch break and I told him this person would not get back to me and that is exactly what happened.

This has gone too far and I am wanting to take legal action now after waiting 2 weeks for a technician.

Your staff are blatantly and deliberately ignoring the fact that they must follow up and/or send out a technician and give me complete and utter feedback. have had none to date!
