As I write this complaint I have been on hold with the call centre for well over 50 minutes with no joy.
I have not spoken to 1 consultant and am beyond frustrated. My phone line has been disconnected despite the fact that my payment was made on Friday.
I cannot believe that such a big company has absolutely no concern for their client's. They should be ashamed to deliver this level (or lack thereof) of service.
