On the 19th of December 2013 I went to Nashua Mobile in Centurion Mall to cession my cellphone contract from my father's name to my own name. The person that assisted me said that this process usually takes 2 weeks at most. Up to now, 3 February 2014, I'm still waiting for the cession to be finalized. I went to the store on 6 different occasions during this 6 week period asking them when this will be done and reminding them to do it but still nothing was done to even follow up on my problem.
This is unacceptable!!! I pay my cellphone bill on time every month so I expect to get decent service, but it seems that it is asking to much for Nashua Mobile just to do their job! I think I should move my contract to another service provider who actually gives a about their customers.
