I applied for my dad's contract to be transferred into my name on Friday 6/12/13.
I cannot get an answer out of the Branch as to how long this process takes (I was told 24-48 hours by one person and 2 weeks by another), nor as to the status of the cession.
I feel that this is ridiculous as I could walk into MTN and come out an hour later with a phone and contract sorted out.
There seems to be no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service.
