LINE NOT FIXED AFTER REPORTING FAULTY LINE

Telkom is not responding to a line that has been reported. It was reported on 11.03.2013. I was even given a reference no. This is very bad service as we are staying in a place where a phone is needed desperatly. No-one is giving feedback on when the line will be fixed. The line is not working no one can contact us.
