I bought a phone at Vodacom shop in jubilee mall a z10 black berry on contract sis I used it for 2weeks then it gave me some stupid error message it did not wanna switch on I took it back then they told me that they could not help me to take it to menlyn mall I took it there and they took it, it was in December 2013. last week got am sms that I should fetch it, went there when I got there it was not fixed. even today I still dnt have my phone. I want a new phone not a fixed one that phone is way too expensive and its also ufair to pay for something you dnt have I want a new phone or I am gonna cancel
