Part from the fact that after having to make a scene in the store where I was promised that I will be called back to assist me with information on the progress on the repairs on my phone - the assistants instore still have not tried to contact me with any information. I've send 2 emails requiring info on the repairs but I guess if you can't tell me where my phone is you propably won't know how to call me. You send me sms's that I am in arrears but when I went to the store they could not even tell me for which month. I make use of a debit order!!! As requested when applying for a contract.
