Landline not working since 24 Jan 2014. Sent several sms's and only automated reply that a fault has been logged. After hanging on for 15 minutes for Call Center consultant, I was non the wiser except for being told that the technician could not finish working on the fault, but up to date nobody made contact with me to gain access to my house to check the line. ADSL with Internet connection is available just for a few hours at a time and not even every day. My account is fully paid on time - I am in fact paying for a service that I have'nt got!
