I reported a faulty line on the 20 Jan 2014 and the lady assisting me did a line check and advised me that there is a problem with my landline and she will send a technician out to repair it as it was a fault on telkom side. it now the 28 Jan 2014 and still the line is is not fixed. i was promised that a technician will be there within 48hrs- fault request 697CRZ200114- Can some one please contact me ASAP. As i am paying for a line that we cannot use- Are you guys gonna reimburse for the period my line is not working
