I have contacted Cell C on 3 occassions to cancel my data contract as it has expired over a year ago and is now on a month to month basis. 3 times i have been told that in 30 days i will no longer be billed.
Which part of i no longer need your services do you not understand or is this the only way for Cell C to retain customers?
I want my contract cancelled please at the end of February or i will be taking this to consumer council.op
