I went on the on-line store as my phone had seen better days and was now not switching on, I found the site fairly easy to use and straight forward, how ever when the consultant contacted (Keneilwe) me i explained to the lady that i did not have my banking details on me as i thought i did and she must please contact me mid day as i will be home and awaiting her call as my phone is badly damaged, she assured me she would call back and am still waiting with out a phone, to top it off the site now does not allow me to re order a phone as it says i got a order and must wait for a consultant, I find this very unfair as My 8520 Blackberry is not working and i'm now without a phone i explained my problem yet no steps are being taken, is this how Vodacom treats the common man? then rather they say and i will gladly find a new network provide
