I had a new Telkom line installed on the 1st of March 2013, ADSL line, took a 24 month contract with Telkom for uncapped internet. I have had up to 20 disconnections a day, very very slow internet, almost no download speed, wrong account billing and till today 2nd April, still no one is able to fix the problem, assist us, explain anything, rude phone consultants, I could go on and on. I am very very close to cancelling my Telkom one way or another.
