Cancelled my Telkom Mobile contract in November 2013 (contract expired 16 December). My number was supposed to be put onto pre-paid on 1st Jan 2014 so that I could port out.
On 1st Jan I called and was told the order was delayed to 3rd Jan. On 3rd Jan I called and was told the order is now delayed until 1 Feb.
Obviously it is not acceptable for Telkom Mobile to force me to stay on the network for an additional month. I request that you put my number onto pre-paid immediately and credit my statement with the Jan 2014 subscription.
If not I will lodge a complaint for illegally holding my number on your network despite numerous cancellations.
