This is the second time im sending this complaint as i did get response from telkom personal but to no avail.they keep on mentioning that this complaint was for my house phone and when i did tell them its my business phone, to date still no response.just wish that they can put responsible people to do the job.unhappy telkom customer.please respond ASAP!!! RE: BUSINESS LINE NOT HOUSE PHONE!!!
