Poor Service Delivery and Assistance

The problem I have is that I cancelled an internet account with Vodacom in October 2012. Now when I tried to get a second bond they say I have been given to Vodacom's legal department for an outstanding balance.

This is where the problem is coming in with Vodacom.

I have tried to get assistance from anyone from Vodacom to give me a letter that it was paid in full or a final outstanding balance but they say they can not find anything on the account.

When they type in my ID number at customer care another persons details appears with the new account number and telephone number.

I have been struggling to get assistance from Vodacom regarding this letter that the account has been settled. They keep on telling me that it can not be emailed to me. I have spoken to their accounts department, their legal department and no one can assist.
So I went to there head office in Midrand which is a 80km away from where is stay to sort this issue out. Even there when speaking to them they could not assist me.

I am getting now fed up with the poor service delivery from Vodacom.
They are quick to take your money but providing you a proper customer service the are lacking.
