Misleading Info exorbitant bill

In Dec I upgraded from BB to Samsung. No product info was given regarding changes and costs. Simply mentioned would stay on my current price plan. Same story when my husband upgraded phone on same account last week. Just debited my account for R5600. R3000 of which is data charges. I have reversed payment with mybank and disputed based on not being advised or iffered alternative package at time of upgrade. Have been on phone to 4 diffdrent departments and 6 different people for 4 hours tying to resolve. No help whatsoever. Simply it up and do a migration which can only take effect next month. I need confirmation wont be cut off while disputing - noone can help. Our upgrades were at different shops so believe this is mo to earn commission at client expense. Please be warned and DONOT renew with Vodacom their pricing is shocking. Rather seek alternativ network. I am now seeking to cancel under Consumer Protection rights.
