Every time I come to this store where I have purchased 3 cell phones and three tabs I have to wait for in excess of an hour for service. It is unacceptable to have 4 consultants to serve the demand that there is at this branch. Why does MTN do nothing to remedy this!!! It has been a perpetual problem for many years.
I am considering moving my contracts!!
