I have 3 identical contracts, signed on the same day. Every month I need to phone, lodge a query, wait days for reactivation when the faults was, AGAIN, with Autopage accounting department.
The easiest way for consultants to dodge the problem, they say it is all in order, sorted out, sent through for reactivation etc & there is a 2 to 12 hour waiting period. So, we wait, then get another consultant on the line, problem fixed again, or not, we wait another 12 hours.
