Incorrect billing responded/bad customer service

My contact with MTN expired on 08 November 2013. I have since been trying to cancel the contact. keabetswe tjale at MTN boulders has been useless in revolving my query n thinks he is doing me a favour by doing what's supposed to be his job. Months later, my contact is still not cancelled; it would seem MTN is trying to extort as much money out of me as possible.
