PINELANDS EXCHANGE

The pinelands exchange is either congested or seriously damaged. The past 2 weeks have been horrible. Slow internet speeds from 12pm to 2am. High latency 600-800ms. This weekend has been no better - 70ms to local servers and it has unbelievable packetloss/jitter.

I'd like to be able to use my internet please. All I get from Telkom support is 'we are investigating the issue'. I need more than that for almost 3 weeks of horrible internet.
