Insufficient information now I must pay

The 24 Dec 2013 I have upgraded mycontract to a vodafone top up, I started using the phn from 25th, not knowing that internet was running on an open line, this was not explain to me that top up will kick in from new mnth only, vodacom deducted R2847 out of my account, for internet being used in dec, for sure I can not afford to pay this money for someone elses mistake if you check into my history, I never had an account over R500, this is noy exceptable to me, I do hope that my concrn would be sorted out as quick as possible.
