Vodacom cant help me with disappearing of data

I opened an account for my Ipad it is a My gig 3 Top up and i opened it on the 19th of November, i had to pay the full amount for the 3 gigs and only got 1.2 gigs as they say its pro rata or something, but the next morning all of the1.2 gigs of data is gone. I then went to Vodacom in Lichtenburg and asked them about this and they said they wil have to call the helpline and after waiting for more than an hour it came out that Vodafone live has been activated on my number and it took al the data but i have never in my life had anything to do with Vodafone live and dont even know what it is, so they say i have to deregister from it on my own. So me and the tecnician sat there trying to figure out what to do we cant log into Vodafone live because i dont have an account so we created one and then tried to deregister without any luck because there is no deregister option. We called the help line again and they say we must deregidter on the internet and cant help us with it, we tried againto no avail. We called again and they said they can deregister my number but then i can never use internet on my Ipad or it wil be activated again, how can that be i never even registered for it
