STILL WAITING FOR CANCELLATION 1 MONTH ON

Hello

I have called the telkom contact center twice now in order to cancel my telkom line and i have had no response or no one has called me.

Please check my call logs and reports, i find this ridiculous that i cannot cancel my line, its been almost a month plus and still no response or call or even a reference number. Every time i call they say someone will call me, its been a month no calls till now.

I logged the call in May to cancel my line and it has not yet been done, I am due to move in the next this needs to be done ASAP.
