WHAT ABOUT MY 24 MONTHS WARRANTY

MY BB CURVE IS STILL IN 24 MONTH WARRANTY AND TH REPORT FROM THE TECHNICIAN IS THAT THE MOTHER BOARD IS BENT DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLEGENCE.HOW DO YOU GET THAT RIGHT IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE PHONE AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENT HAS CONFIRMED THAT ALL I NEED DO IS PAY THE R855, 00 REPLACEMENT FEE AND I'M A FOR AWAY THE PEOPLE AT THE BRANCH HAS BEEN TELLING ME THAT IT CANNOT HAPPEN AND THAT IF I WANT A NEW UNIT I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE.THIS HAS BEEN GOING OON SINCE ICTOBER 2012 WITH TWO MONTHS INTERVALS BEFORE I GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM YOU CENTRE.I RECEIVED TWO DIFFRENT REPORTS FROM VODACOM WHERE THE FIRST REPORT SAYS THERE IS NO DAMAGED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE PHONE AND THE SECOND ONE CONTRADICTS THE FIRST NOW I AM SITTING WITH A BROKEN PHONE THAT SERVES ME NO PURPOSE EVEN THOUGH ACORDING TO THE WARRANTY THE UNIT SHOULD BE REPLACED SINCE THE SECOND REPORT ALSO STATES THAT IT IS B.E.R. SO LET ME KNOW WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING AS MY 24 MONTH WARRANTY EXPIRES VERY SOON
