I am totally disgusted by the treatment I'm receiving from this "lack of service" provider. I'm in posession of a paid up letter dated 16 October 2012, however, Virgin Mobile has been sending information to Transunion ITC reflecting that I'm now 9 months in arreas. This has ruined my credit rating and I'm unable to get credit due to this. I need them to retract the information sent to ITC with immediate effect.
I held on to their call centre for 40 minutes, no answer. Someone to please contact me with a solution to this mess.
